Our story began in 1980 when we first opened our doors on Gordon St. in Guelph. In 1984, we moved to our current location on York Rd. Founded by Roy Ferraccioli, the business was passed down to his son Aaron in 1998. As Guelph's oldest flooring store, we’re proud to be a family-owned business with deep roots in the community. Our family has been born and raised here, and we’re honoured to call Guelph home.

In 2023, after earning her BA from McMaster University, Aaron's daughter Alexa joined the team with plans to eventually take the reins of the family business, becoming the third generation in the flooring industry. We’re excited to continue building our legacy of growth and exceptional service, while proudly serving the Guelph community.
